Data Deletion Request

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. We are committed to respecting your privacy and will process your request in accordance with our legal obligations.

Contact us at support@vbeslag.com with your deletion request.

• —Your account: name, e-mail address and sign-in credentials
• —Your company: its calculations, quotes, invoices, materials and products
• —Shop orders your customers placed, with the contact details they gave
• —The support messages you sent us

• —The organisation is marked as deleted the moment we receive the request. You can still sign in, but you land on a recovery screen; the product itself closes at once
• —Your shop's printed address — its address on vbeslag.com, and a domain of your own if you had one — is released at once
• —Nothing is erased automatically afterwards. We say so plainly rather than name a period no job enforces: the organisation stays in the database, out of reach, and support can restore it if the request was a mistake
• —Ask support for the erasure itself and we perform it: a shop order's contact details are removed while the measurements and the price stay, because the workshop must be able to document what it sold
• —Records the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires — subscription and payment — are kept for as long as that act demands
• —Your consent record stays, because it is the proof that you were asked and what you answered. When your sign-in goes, the record loses you: the e-mail address is replaced by a one-way digest of itself, the IP address and the browser are dropped, and what is left is the answer, its date and which text it was about
• —Website statistics and ad measurement are held by Google and Meta under your own consent; withdraw it under Endre samtykke on the privacy page

If you prefer not to delete your account completely, you can also:

• —Update your privacy settings
• —Remove specific data from your profile
• —Export your data before deletion
